Does an AI assistant name your company?

Your buyers ask an assistant before they ask you. This check runs five of those questions for real and sends you the answer: whether you were named, and which sites were cited instead.

Run the check

Five prompts. One report.

We ask an AI assistant with live web search the five questions a buyer in your category would ask it, then send you what came back: whether it named you, and which domains it cited instead.

One check per address per week. One email, no sequence, and we do not pass your address to anyone. Tick the tracking box and we run the same five prompts once a month and send you what changed; every one of those emails carries a one-click stop link.

An address at your own domain. The report goes there.

This becomes the category in the prompts, so a short noun phrase works best: warehouse robotics, freight forwarding software, dental practice management. Leave it blank and we work it out from your site, less precisely.

What you get

One email, four things in it.

Five prompts a buyer might actually type

Not keywords. Whole questions, in the shape people ask an assistant: the best supplier in your category, which one a mid-market company should choose, your alternatives, whether you are any good, and how to choose a vendor at all.

Whether your brand is named

A yes or no per prompt, judged on the answer text and its sources. An assistant that names two companies and not you is the whole problem stated in one line.

Which domains the answers cite

The list of sites the engine read to write its answer. That list is your off-site work queue, in priority order, and it is usually more useful than anything on your own site.

Three things to fix first

Derived from your result, not from a template: what to do when you are not named anywhere, when you are named but never cited, and when you are already cited and want to keep it.

Which five prompts do you run?

These, with your category and company name filled in. If you leave the category blank we ask the engine to work it out from your site, which is a weaker probe of the same thing.

  • Best <your category> for a mid-market company
  • Which <your category> should a mid-market company use, and why?
  • <your company> alternatives
  • Is <your company> any good?
  • How do I choose a <your category> vendor?

Track it monthly

One run is a number. Twelve is a trend.

The check tells you where you stand today. What tells you whether the work is paying is the same check next month, and the month after. Tick Track this monthly and email me the change under the form and we re-run your five prompts once a month and send you what moved.

  • The same five prompts, every monthNot new prompts each time. The questions are fixed on the day you first run the check, because a change measured with a changed question is not a change.
  • What moved, at the top of the emailWhich prompts started naming you, which stopped, and which sources appeared in the answers that were not there last month. The table is still underneath it.
  • Off whenever you wantEvery monthly email carries a one-click stop link that stops this report and nothing else. Tick the box under the form to start; you can also just run the one-off check and leave it.

If you want more than one engine, more than five prompts, or somebody doing the off-site work the report keeps pointing at, that is the full service and it starts with a conversation rather than a form. Book twenty minutes and we will go through your result together.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

This is for you if

You sell to businesses that research before they buy. Those buyers now open an assistant first. If it names three suppliers and you are not one of them, you never reach the shortlist.

You already rank in search and it stopped converting. Ranking and being cited are different jobs. This check tells you which of the two you are losing.

You want a number before a project. Five prompts is a baseline. Run it now, do the work, run it again in a month and see whether the number moved.

This is not for you if

You want a full audit. This is five prompts against one engine on one day. It is a sample, not a survey, and it will not tell you what happens across every assistant and every phrasing.

You sell to consumers on price. Assistants matter less where the buyer already knows what they want and is comparing on cost in a marketplace.

You want us to do it quietly, at scale, for a list of competitors. One check per address per week. It runs on your brand, using your work email, and we tell you exactly what we ran.

Once you have the result, the pattern for fixing it is written down: the free guides cover short answers, question-led headings and FAQ blocks, and the comparison pages show what a page an engine will quote actually looks like.
