Terms of service
These terms govern your use of jacarendalabs.com and the free tools we offer on it (including the AI Boardroom). They do not cover paid client engagements — those run on a separate signed agreement.
Who you're dealing with
Jacaranda Labs LLC (“J Labs”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming-incorporated company. Contact: hello@jacarendalabs.com.
What we offer here
- The website — articles, case studies, and information about how we work.
- Free tools — currently the AI Boardroom. Free, rate-limited, no account required.
- Paid engagements — discovery calls are free; everything beyond is governed by a signed statement-of-work.
- Training — paid programmes governed by the training terms shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
By using the site or its tools, you agree not to:
- Use the AI tools to generate output that infringes third-party rights, that's illegal in your jurisdiction, or that's designed to harm people.
- Try to extract our prompts, system messages, or model configuration. (You're welcome to ask us how things work — we publish most of it.)
- Hammer the site or its APIs in a way that degrades the service for others.
- Impersonate us or another person.
The free AI tools
The AI Boardroom is provided as-is. The output is generated by large language models and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You're responsible for what you do with it.
We may rate-limit, change, or remove the tools at any time. We may also store the inputs and outputs for up to 90 days for product improvement, as described in the privacy policy.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of anything you submit to us through forms, the AI tools, or by email. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose you submitted it for (responding to your enquiry, running the AI session, etc.).
Our content
Articles, frameworks, and other written material on the site are © Jacaranda Labs LLC. You're welcome to quote and link to them with attribution. Wholesale republishing without permission isn't allowed.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site and its free tools is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
For paid engagements, the liability cap is set in the statement-of-work, and these terms do not override it.
Changes
We'll update these terms when our offering changes. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
