What we automate · Sales
J Labs designs and builds the automation layer on top of the CRM you already run. Leads get routed, enriched and followed up without a rep touching a spreadsheet. Calls get summarised into the record. Proposals get drafted from the deal, not from a blank page. Your team keeps the conversations; the system keeps the pipeline.
Summary
J Labs automates sales pipelines for operating companies with an existing CRM. The work sits on top of the systems already in place (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or a CRM built in-house years ago) and closes the gaps between them: inbound leads are routed to the right pipeline and the right rep, records are enriched from the sources the team already pays for, sales calls are summarised into the CRM with next steps, follow-up sequences fire from deal stage rather than from memory, and proposals are drafted from the deal record. Every engagement starts with a 20 or 45-minute discovery call and, where it makes sense, a four-day Spec from €5,000 that produces the written brief and acceptance criteria before any build is priced. Builds are fixed scope, fixed timeline and fixed price, run on weekly check-ins with the client team in the room, and ship in an average of eight weeks. On a Portuguese real-estate platform, J Labs automated 16 workflows across 5 data sources and reached production in three weeks. The judgement, the relationships and the negotiation stay with the sales team; the repetitive, rules-based work moves to the system.
What we automate
Inbound leads land in the right pipeline, with the right owner, scored against the criteria your team actually uses, not a vendor default. Multi-funnel segmentation where one funnel is wrong for every lead.
Company data, contact roles and deal context pulled from the sources you already pay for, written into the record on arrival. Duplicates merged, stale stages flagged, the pipeline report becomes something a manager can trust.
Discovery and follow-up calls summarised into the CRM within minutes: what was said, what was agreed, what happens next. The model choice is a real decision (we have field-tested it) and it is rarely the most expensive one.
Sequences triggered by what the deal is doing, not by a rep remembering. Reminders, nudges and re-engagement written in your voice, reviewed by a human where the relationship warrants it.
A first draft assembled from the deal record, the discovery notes and your own past proposals. The rep edits a document that is already 80% right instead of starting from a template.
Pipeline, conversion and velocity reporting that reads from one clean source, plus the weekly review rhythm that keeps it honest. On some engagements we run that cadence with the team as a partner.
Fit
This is for you if
You already run a CRM and it has stopped reflecting reality. The data is there, most of it. What is missing is the layer that keeps it current and moves leads through it without someone chasing every stage by hand.
Your reps spend hours a week on admin that is not selling. Logging calls, updating stages, writing follow-ups, assembling proposals. Rules-based, repetitive, and the first thing to slip when the quarter gets busy.
You can describe the sales process in a paragraph. A defined trigger, a known owner, stages that mean something, and a budget holder who can say yes. That is the shape we can scope in four days and build in weeks.
This is not for you if
You want volume outbound tooling, not a pipeline. Mass cold-email infrastructure, scraped lists and send-rate optimisation are a different product from a different kind of vendor. We automate the pipeline of a business that sells; we do not run lead-generation campaigns.
There is no sales process yet. Automation multiplies whatever it sits on. If stages, ownership and qualification criteria are still being argued about, the honest first step is a 20 or 45-minute call and a one-page summary, not a build.
You are a software company looking for a feature build. We work alongside your operational systems, not inside your product. If the brief is "add AI to our app", we are not your team and we will say so on the call.
Systems
The ones you already run. We don't insist on rip-and-replace: the automation layer goes on top of the systems in place, and if a system is genuinely past saving we say so on the discovery call and show our working.
Engagement options
| Engagement | Price | Timeline | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Spec | From €5,000 | Four days | A written brief you own outright: problem definition, acceptance criteria, architecture sketch and cost estimate. Vendor-neutral: take it to us or to anyone. |
| Pipeline build | Fixed price, quoted after discovery | Typically four to eight weeks | The automation layer in production on your CRM, with weekly check-ins, open staging, documentation written as we go and a post-launch support window. |
| Sales operating system | Multi-phase, to €200,000+ | Multi-month, phased | Graduating a CRM into a full sales operating system: architecture, multi-funnel segmentation, reporting and an ongoing commercial review cadence run with your team. |
None of these is an off-the-shelf product. There is no J Labs software to install: every system is specified in the brief, built for your stack, and owned by you. Every engagement is fixed scope, fixed timeline and fixed price, with acceptance criteria agreed before work starts. See how we work and the Spec.
