We ship before we slide-deck. The first deliverable on every engagement is something a real user can use. Strategy work, workshops, and architecture documents come from a working system, not the other way round.
Embedded, not advisory. We sit inside the team that owns the outcome. Weekly working sessions, the same shared channel as your engineers, the same dashboards as your operators. No arms-length consulting deck once a fortnight.
Outcomes over hours. Every engagement has a fixed scope, a fixed price, and acceptance criteria written down before any work starts. We do not bill by the hour. The system either does the thing or it doesn't.
Receipts over decks. We'd rather show you a live system we run than hand you a case study we wrote about one. Every principle here is one we've had to live with on a real engagement that went into production and stayed there.
Where we work
Jacaranda Labs LLC is incorporated in Wyoming, USA. We work with a broader network of senior operators and engineers we've shipped with for years.
Engagements run remote-first across European and US working hours. Travel is built into the proposal where the work calls for it. Nothing in our delivery model depends on you being in the same room as us.
